to get larger banner, you must use below css:

.header-magazine #Top_bar .banner_wrapper {
    height: 100px !important;
    width: 690px !important;
}

This is unfortunately not possible because the file you use with iframe is not responsive and that's why it does not work as you want.

The plugin itself adapts the banners, I have in several Wordpress and works well. So I think it will be some detail.

You can check to see what the "banner" that are on the page. It adapts automatically. (top of the home page)

Normally this shortcode is used. [pro_ad_display_adzone id = "2339"]

but it does not work me in the banner because it appears as text and not advertising.

If this has no solution, I'll do with Revolution Slider. But I prefer to try this first.

So you probably must use Revolution Slider instead because this problem is not related with theme itself. If you will change width and height attributes to max-width and max-height you will see what we mean. The page where from this banner comes is not responsive itself and that's why it looks like it looks. Also when we try to resize banner under Firebug, is not responsive at all.
