Critical Error - Pre Built Theme

Hi,

I can't install a prebuilt website. I followed everything you said on other tickets but I still have the message:

"There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

I also tried to change file permissions, upgrading php.ini values but without success.
