I wanted some help regarding the update of the theme. I can't do it through the backend. I should upgrade from version 22.0.2.1 to 24.0.2. Do I have to do it via FTP?

Can you tell what is happening when you are trying to update your theme, please?
Is there any error message? If yes, please, send me a screenshot showing it.
If you want, you can try to update the Betheme via FTP following the steps from this video tutorial:

But we can try to solve your issue with updating the theme in the backend, so you will not have problems with it in the future.
