Favicon .ico not showing up

I have uploaded and set the favicon (.ico 32x32px) on my website but its not showing up.

Also every time I want to change something I have to flush cache on my server. Is it normal?

    Hello,

    1) Where did you upload your favicon? In theme options or Appearance -> Customize?

    But I checked it with Firefox and Chrome, and in both browsers, the favicon is working.

    2) If you have any caching plugins or tools enabled on your server, then it is normal. However, I suggest keeping them all disabled when you make changes to your website.
