To change this tag to H1, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader.

It is configured already, but the problem is on product but not on the page like image you sent.
So we already have pages with title tag h1, but on products on woocommerce it gets h2.
Unfortunately, at this moment, this tag cannot be changed, but we are working on an advanced WooCommerce builder where you will be able to choose any tag you want.
