Is it possible to use the rotating words feature in revolution slider? i.e.: https://www.sliderrevolution.com/templates/rotating-words-hero/

If yes, please advise how can it be done.

If not, please advise if this can be done using muffin live builder.

It is a rather Slider Revolution-related question, not Betheme.
