The hamburger menu icon takes its color from Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Content: Link color.
If you want to change it, you should do this there.
But it will change the colors for your links on your whole website. If you want to change this icon only, you would have to write a custom CSS code and place it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
