Issue with theme reset to default options & after rollback
Hello there,
My issue is that today the Betheme options got back to default & I don't why. I tried rolling back from my hosting provider & after 10 minutes website looked the same again, with default options.

- is there an option in betheme that updated the theme automatically?
- I have installed Betheme Child 1.6.2 & the current version is Betheme 21.1.9
- I have several websites with this setup, Betheme & Child theme & if this happens to any other website is a disaster, because essentially I'll have to set up all the betheme setting from 0
Is there something I could check?

Please, switch to the parent theme, and check if the same problem appears.
If this will not help please, create a subdomain where you will upload a copy of your website (for this you can use the Duplicator plugin). After that, update the parent theme to the newest version, and recheck this issue.
You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key.
This also applies to subfolders on localhost installations.
