After installing the pre built website the site is down

I installed one of the pre-built websites and everything was fine I worked on the homepage a bit... Then today I am trying to access the shop but it is down knowing that all my other projects are working fine on the same localhost.
note: The shop is still on localhost cause the hosting not ready so I need to get it working first

I just followed the steps for installing plugins.. then the demo and now the site and the admin are not accessible.
If the page is on localhost, then our help will be limited.
Did you change anything in your database or in the files?
Can you create another website on your localhost, redo the steps you did, and check if the same thing happens, please?
