Are you sure that you insert your code, and username, and license code in the correct order?
I was able to enter the API tool with the credentials you have sent.

yes I'm sure. The problem is, that the website is deleted and the code wasn't deregistered. How can we solve this
You need to click on the deregister link you can see on the screenshot in the previous message.
After that, you should be able to use your license on a new website.
