My purchase code brought to me by Envato is not recognized in your system.

Can you propose me another purchase code , as i have paid your theme and i have a regularly support of 3 months ?

I previously let message here but i'm still waiting for an answer.

Hello,

You are trying to register your license key in the wrong place. The API tool you have sent screenshot from, is only for deregistering.
