Action bar on mobile

I noticed only now that the action bar is not visible on the mobile (responsive).

There is a way to enable it on the theme options.

Hello,

At the moment the action bar is visible only for a default layout.

But it is hidden for rest styles with CSS, and it can be shown with custom CSS.

Do you need help with writing such CSS? If yes, please, let me know and send a link to your website.

It is better to add an option to enable the action bar with all header styles without the need to use the custom CSS for the less geeky users.
