Button is centered properly because if you click on the button you see "Loading" stuff next to the button This is how CF7 plugin works. But if you want to change position of this button you can use below css:

.wpcf7-form-control.wpcf7-submit { margin-right: -23px !important; }
div.wpcf7 img.ajax-loader { margin-left: 20px !important; }
