Tooltip no working on phone

hello,

When I use the tooltip on tablet or phone when I touch with the finger on a tooltip and then I touch another, it all remains open. This really isn't responsive.

we did not noticed this behavior before but you're definitely right. We'll fix it while future updates for sure.
