Bug: Missing Menu option for bundled plugins

In latest Theme version 25.1.7 the menu entry for bundled plugins is not available.

And clicking ont he text link on the welcome page, there is not possible to access the page, not available.

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you are using a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

I tried the options. But the Link is still not displayed. Clicking on the link on the betheme dash board page "Install plugin" there is the error message "Unfortunately, you are not authorized to access this page."

Edit... Tried it again, with deactivation of plugins. No it is working. Thank you.
