Slider and icons not showing on mobile and incognito.
Hello,
I have installed a pre-built theme (www.bompipiacademy.com) and the slider is not appearing for me. I have tried the instructions on the documentation which is to double check the disable on mobile is toggled off. It was already OFF from the start.
I have also purged and cleared cache and reinstall the pre-built theme and disabled all other third party plug ins and it is still not showing.
Please advise. Thank you.
Also the icons.

Do you have the newest version of Revolution Slider installed?
You can check if under Betheme -> Install Plugins.
If you already have the newest version and the steps you have done did not help, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

You did not send me login credentials to your WP dashboard.
However, I have checked your website on Firefox, Opera, Chrome, and Chrome on iPhone 12, and on all these browsers the slider appears.
Did you handle it?
