Animated Parts on Webpage
Hi Guys
Pls check this site.

If you scroll through the page you see animated parts.
- For example on the left side there is something with a stroke and a circle that is animated when you see it.
- Also when I hover over the people there is like a chat bubble with moving "...".
Can you help me how this can be done with betheme.
