Edit with Muffin Live does not work

recetnly I installed the WordPress and BeTheme theme on my site but unfortunately when I want to edit one of the sites using Muffin Live it throws an error:

Warning: require_once(/home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/visual-builder/partials/preloader.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/visual-builder/classes/visual-builder-class.php on line 227

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/visual-builder/partials/preloader.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear') in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/visual-builder/classes/visual-builder-class.php on line 227

I looked into this folder betheme/visual-builder/partials and there is no such class file preloader.php in it.

No modifications were made on the site since the install, so I suspect that the problem is in the theme. Also, all the neccesery plugins are installed and activated as required.

Can you please provide me a solution for this?

I'm also attaching some informations about WP and PHP. The version of the BeTheme is 25.1.9.
