Header and pre-footer
The first section when I open the homepage, I cannot edit it from the page edit with elementor, From where can I edit it ? Also There is a prefooter section I cannot find where to edit it as well, I am using the charity prebuilt website

The first section most likely comes from a Slider Revolution. To edit it, you will have to use this plugin.
I do not know what pre-footer section you exactly are talking about, but please, see the following video tutorials:
