1) You can change the colors of your menu in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Menu.
2) The line takes its color from the Active Link color. Therefore, if you would like to change the color of the line only, you would have to write a custom CSS code and place it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
3) The bar color can be changed in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Header by modifying the Top Bar left background.
4) And yes, it is the correct location to open a ticket. ?
