  Thanks. If you click on any of the drop down menus under the "What We Do" page:

  https://upworkmastery.com/PWI/what-we-do/

  When the page scrolls, it does not display the title or the entire image for that section (Screen shot attached). So I need a way to modify where the scroll stops.

  Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

  Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

  I need a way to modify where the scroll stops. Can we do this using css? Please let me know.

  This will not be possible to achieve with CSS. What you ask for requires file customization which in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. http://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy

  So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact your web developer. Item Policy says:
