Sidebar not showing in shop page

  Hi,

  Is your shop page created with a template?

  If yes, please, check if you have the sidebar position chosen in the template options.

  

  Moreover, I noticed that you do not have the newest version of the Betheme, what can be the root cause too.

  Please, update it, and check if the sidebar appears.

  Hi,

  Yes, I checked that in the template options. It is set as "left sidebar", but still, it is not showing. However, in the bebuilder view, there is a white area where the sidebar should be. I also updated the theme version., but no changes so far.

  You have an empty Plugin | WooCommerce area in Appearance -> Widgets.

  If you need to display the sidebar on the shop pages, you need to put your widgets there.
