Header Builder is sticky but I don't want it to be

Hi, I am trying to create headers using the header builder. The url to my website is: https://54z.3cb.myftpupload.com/

I do not have the sticky header option checked and I don't want it to be sticky, but it is on both desktop and mobile. Is there anyway to prevent this? Did I do something wrong?

Hi,

While editing with a Header Builder, please, choose the sticky display.

On the editing bar, you will find an option to turn it off.
