I get the error "403

Access to this resource on the server is denied!"

when I was trying to add a theme in WordPress for the first time after purchase.

Did you follow our official documentation during the installation process?

Can you check if the same thing happens when you try to install some free theme like Twenty Twenty-Two, please?
