  I actually changed the demo and the problem seems dissapeared. 

  
  

  I have another question. Would you please help me to get rid of duplicated pages items in menu. There is only 5 pages should be shown because only 5 pages are published in pages rest of them marked as private pages.

  Probably you got unnecessary items under Appearance > Menus section or you forgot to select main menu and that's why all pages display in menu.

  I ve used bedeveloper theme and customized. If you look my website there is space at the top of the page except homepage. Homepage looks normal. Please take a look the link of my website and original theme and below so you will see the issue? Would you please help me to get rid of the space?

  It's called subheader. If you don't need this section, you can remove it under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section.

  If you want to remove spaces between sections you must play with custom css for these sections or you should try proper style for sections without any margins/paddings.
