Backgrounds won't change even after sorting out cache
I can't get the background image on my wrap to change. I go through the steps to change background as usual and none of the changes save. I've done all of the basic trouble shooting dealing with cache both in the settings, by plug ins and through my web browser. I've tried restarting my computer and all of my browser settings, with nothing working. this is especially frustrating as its my home page!
