Hello i try to activate VC i get this error

please update the plugin files via FTP because this looks like files were not imported properly.

Hello - In the shop theme is there or can there be a option to send messages to the registered users from the dashboard? We are selling prepaid cards we need to send the pin to the buyers.

You should ask WooCommerce team about this because as far as we know, WooCommerce plugin does not have such an option included.
