I tried to use the shortcode slider but I do not create the carosel .
how can I do?

Ok, we got it now. So to create similar slider, you must add slides under "Slider" section which is on the left side in main dashboard and then in Muffin Builder you must use "Slider" item.

This looks fine and for sure should work. Did you tried to deactivate all extra plugins or maybe you should update theme files to recent version via FTP only?
