Visual Composer Will Not Save

Hi,

We are trying to make a new template, but when we add content with Visual Composer, and save/publish the template, anything we made using VC is deleted. Could this possibly be an overlap issue with Muffin Builder? Everything saves ok if we make it with Muffin Builder, but for this particular template we need to use Visual Composer.
