Please, edit your header template, open the Header Options, and set the Position to Absolute, and the Body offset for header to Yes.

Where you go to edit the header ? I do not use the header builder, but only the layout on the theme option.
Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> General, and uncheck the Transparency: Top Bar with menu option.
