Button frame gone after update

after I installed the new update 26.4.0.8, the frames of the buttons were gone, see screen.

Hello,

that was probably a misunderstanding. The button has a hover effect.

It's about the frame that no longer exists, that's what I showed on my screen. I want that thin border in the display again before you scroll over it.

And this code does it, the hover_color is just an name of the element.

Please use this code, you'll notice the border on non-hovered element.
