Theme issue I can't edit any Page anymore.

I have some functionality issues with the theme. It is not working and lags (It is like a loop stuck ). I can't edit any WordPress Page anymore.

Yes, the same thing. I found a solution. I made a reset to google chrome. It is OK now, but there is a new issue. I can't edit the Header Builder Templates. The error message is "Please check entered address and try again or go to homepage" Thanks.
