Changed website url, can't login anymore

Please help! I made the terrible mistake of changing my website url this morning and now whenever I try to login to the admin page it gives me an error message. Moreover, when I go to my website, the theme has disappeared and only the content is there, displayed on a white background. Could you please tell me how to undo this? I'm all new to website creation and I had to learn everything as I was making it...
