API server connection blocked
Hello, a BeTheme fan here, it's the fourth license I buy and I never had to ask support before.
Unfortunately this time I cannot activate the theme on my customer's host (Name dot com).
I know that according to you every cURL issue is related to the hosting but, at the same time, the support team is pointing the finger against you.
Error:
cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.muffingroup.com port 443
Support reply:
To be honest I don't know what threat they are talking about, but the feeling for me is being in a dispute between the parties I have nothing to do with.
Considering I cannot change the host, is there a way I can activate the theme or what are your suggestions?

Unfortunately, we cannot suggest any workaround for theme activation.
As you can read from their message, they blocked our IP for an unknown reason.
You need to stay in touch with your hosting provider to resolve that.
