freezing at "content" installing pre-built themes...no matter what

i have spent a whole day trying to install a simple pre built theme which is the only reason i purchased this...all my php limits and timings are set the proper values and its all green checks in system status. i even installed ziparchive on my server. tried unchecking rev slider demo...


about 50 attempts...eveythime it hangs at content step for no less than an hour before i give up...


what is the possible issue now and why isnt this a simple process...it simply is not in any way!
