I can't seem to get my menu to the point that it fits the smartphone screen. Its too high up.

Hi,
There is some custom CSS that causes this issue. In the browser developer tools, I deleted the line responsible for custom CSS, and the problem was gone.
Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS, remove your CSS one by one, and you will find which one is the root cause.
