Many difficulties with the theme

Hi,

I ordered the Jeweler2 theme that I found very beautiful but Ionly difficulties with this theme and that, despite your help (which I am very grateful). On the other hand, I have a hard time used Revolution Slider, which does not update. So I ask you exceptionally to proceed to the reimbursement of the theme please.

    However, can you explain in more detail what do you mean that Slider Revolution is not updating, please?

    You can update the bundled plugin from Betheme -> Plugins.

    If the newest version is not available yet, please wait for it. The plugins you buy with the theme are not premium plugins. If you want instant updates, you have to purchase the plugins separately.
