WP Admin error

We are getting this error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home3/xainik/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-query.php on line 593
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Hello,
It looks like the problem is with the latest WP version (6.1) and older BeTheme version.
To fix that, you have to get into the FTP, remove old directory of BeTheme and upload the latest one from the themeforest, after that you will get your wp-admin work correctly.

can you describe that step by step since we have the same problem and i am not so firm with usin g the ftp
