Question regardint the affiliate program from Envato
Hello There,
I realy don't know if you can help me, but i will try..:)
I have a affiliate profil from Envato! I have one account on Impact ( that't the Envato affiliates service ) and i have promote your theme with a link that i have generated there!
in the first month, 2 themes was purchased. After which, for 1 year, there were hundreds of clicks but no purchased and that's strange for me.
I make one test, and i have buy one time, for one of my customer under my affiliate link and no purchased there. So no money .
I promote your brand on my youtube channel and there are a lot of click but no conversion and it's not normaly!
Please let me know if you can help me regarding this problem!
From envato i have no answer!
I can give you the link to inspect it ? Or where i can check ?

In this case you should contact the Envato, because they handle the affiliate program.
They will answer all of the questions regarding that case.
