Hi can you tell me if it is possible to display events or event categories within any type of slider?

    If events plugin you use have shortcode, then you can try to paste this shortcode into slider but we have never tested anything similar so you need to test it yourself. But if pasted shortcode into slider won`t work, then it is not possible.
