Add advanced custom fields and page title
In WP Bakery Grid Builder you can choose Post Title and Advanced Custom Field.
Is there a way to also do that in the Templates > Header? I would like to show the page titel and a subtitle in the header of every page. I'm using the new builder, but can't see any fields for it.

There is no option to achieve that at the moment, unfortunately.
However, we are currently working to add such a feature.
