Zoom boxes or image grid with customization

So I need a grid of 4 images with titles/links showing by default with overlay and zoom on hover

If I use a zoom box, titles aren't showing by default. Can we set that with CSS? Or is there a better solution?
If possible: can I use an overlay on mouse off as well?
and when I change the height, vertical alignment isn't working well, I want the title to be in the center at all times

Something like this, the image on the right/top is on hover.

Hi,

You can do that on wraps.

Put four wraps 1/2 in a section, set the image as background, background overlay on hover, nad put the Heading of Column text for a link inside it.
