Hello,

I am having an issue with BeBuilder on my website https://svgdigitaltest5.com. When using BeBuilder live and clicking "Update", I get the error message "An error occurred. Please refresh the BeBuilder".

Here’s what I have done to troubleshoot:

- Refresh the page and BeBuilder

- Clear the website’s cache

- Clear my Browser’s cache

- Tried Chrome, Safari, and Firefox and get the error.

- Uninstalled Betheme, downloaded a fresh betheme from themeforest.net, and reinstalled

- Not using a Child Theme

- Deactivated plugins and tested one by one. Currently all plugins are deactivate.


Can you log in to my website and see if you can diagnose? After I submit this ticket, I will use the secure form to provide credentials and include reference to this ticket.
