'BeTheme ->Install Plugins' to Install Header Builder Does Not Exist

I am trying to install 'Header Builder' as per the documentation. The docs say to navigate to 'BeTheme ->Install Plugins' however that option does not exist. So logically I look in 'Plugins'. However there is no option to download or install Header Builder. Help! Please! Thank you.

Header Builder is no longer a plugin, and it is part of Betheme.
