Problem with uploading site

Hi,

i have a problem with builder. I can't add more sections. The content is not uploading. I know that my server has limit belowe Your minimum (attachement). Do You have any idea how can i add the content without changing my client's server? (I can't change it). The subsites are not to long (just a few sections on site) and it is to much to upload all.

Domain: http://2023.programyedukacyjne.pl/ (i need add only blog feed, below a few images and that is all). I can add new sections only when i delete some existing sections.
