Content not updating

I have trouble with bebuilder - as it is sometimes not updating the content and seem to have stop working
this is the case with the "collum text" and "list" elements
I read through your support forum and updated the server to the recommendations with similar problems -still it is not working properly.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

I did deactive all plugins - cleared cash - problem is still there
there is no child theme in use.

Does it happen on all pages or particular ones?

I copied content from your home page to a new page, the "BeSupport test page", and could not replicate that.

However, I checked the page you sent and could not replicate this problem there either.
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

I will send you a mail now and ask you to try putting the text in - I saw that small texts work there - but larger text do not work
I deactivated all plugins - had the same issue - also in different browsers
just activated essential grid & slider revolution again - rest is still deactivated.
Is there no way that I can add text/content outside of your visual builder?

I tried to add your text to a WP Editor, and it showed JSON error.

If none of them will help, please, contact your hosting provider, and ask to allow all the rules that ModSecurity blocks incorrectly.
