Betheme Support
We purchased Betheme support, but it is unclear what this support consists of. I see documentation, tutorials, etc. on the support forum. There is a link to submit a ticket, but that just takes me to the discussion forum. Is the discussion forum the ticket system?
Our developer has some issues that he needs to discuss with someone. Is there phone support? If not, is there chat or email support?
