Mobile Menu not Working abl-networkingsolutions.com
My client's site was built using BeTheme years ago. It went without updates for over a year. The recent WP update caused a critical error. Since the site was using Betheme version 8.8, we were instructed to delete the previous theme and reinstall. He could not locate his previous purchase code, so he bought another. The site had a lot of issues after update, most of which we've worked through. Currently, the following issues remain.
Mobile menu does not work
Need to register Revolution Slider and the other premium bundled plugins?
The section containing the scrolling client logos does not appear at all. See screenshot from original website. You can also see the old site at https://dev.abl-networksolutions.com
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi,
1, 3) Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
2) Purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins that are bundled into the theme. It’s because of the Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes, of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it.
More information about the bundled plugins, you will find in the link below:
https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
Thanks!
I had included the URL in the subject line. It is https://abl-networksolutions.com. I should have repeated it in the body. My apologies.
For comparison, I included the URL to the site before the recent update caused issues. I restored it in a dev environment since there were many issues to work through after the update. You can find it at https://dev.abl-networksolutions.com
In addition to the 2 remaining issues noted in the original ticket, the support documentation states that the bundled plugins update with the theme update. The theme is up to date, but the Layer and Revolution slider plugins are not up to date. How does one remedy this issue?
Thank you!
Sorry, I overlooked your website link from the title.
1) Please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.
If you do not know how to do it, please check this topic:
https://support.muffingroup.com/how-to/how-to-create-phpinfo-php-page/
2) You can update the bundled plugin from Betheme -> Plugins.
3) Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
Thanks
The phpinfo page can be found at https://abl-networksolutions.com/info.php. The mobile menu is still not working.
After I submitted the ticket, a new version of the Betheme came out. I updated the theme again and followed your instructions, I was able to update the bundled plugins.
Thank you for your assistance.
1) You have low max input vars and max input time values set on your server.
Please, contact your hosting provider, and ask to increase them:
2) Regarding the mobile menu, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
Notice!
Please attach a link to this forum discussion.
Sending incorrect or incomplete data will result in a longer response time.
Therefore, please make sure that the data you are sending are complete and correct.
Thanks
I just sent access per instructions so you can look at the mobile menu issue.
Thank you
The root cause is your child theme.
When I switched to parent, the menu worked correctly.
Best regards
The child theme worked for years until the last update broke something. What part of the child theme is causing the issue? I'm not seeing the issue.
In that case, you should contact your web developer.
In our documentation you can read:
Child theme support policy
Using a child theme usually means that you want to modify the core theme files. Any mistake in the code may render the page unusable. Please be careful when performing such actions because our support policy does not cover such changes and we will be not able to help you.
So, unfortunately, I cannot help you with that.
Best regards
