Add to Cart icon number not changing from zero
Hi,
We migrated the site over to Nexcess servers and now the little pin number of items in cart in the top is not updating to any other number then Zero even if there are items in the cart. Do you have any ideas where I should look to fix the issue? Nothing was really changed in the configuration and I re-imported all Theme Options over to new server too.
Thank you.
Please see this video how it behaves:

Hello,
Please, turn off all of the plugins (especially caching pugins), refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
Thanks
Hi,
Tried it, did not help. I don't use a child theme either. What do you think is the next logical step? Should I sort of install the latest version of BeTheme again and then import the Theme Options again into it?
Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

It seems that you have some caching enabled on your server.
Please contact your server administrator, and ask about it. If you have any caching enabled, disable it, and check if the problem persists.
Thanks
Now all caching is flushed and then disabled, I had the host also do it, still the problem persists. Weird...
We will need your FTP access. Please send it as you did previously with the WP dashboard.
Also, did you change the password for the user you sent the credentials? I could not log in again.
Best regards
Hi,
I passed everything over in separate email now. I think the password might have gotten reset overnight, I am sorry about that. Now all the emails regarding other topics also contain the right password for you.
The following option is the root cause:
It was disabled, but when we enabled it, the server throughs 500 error.
We need you to get server logs, so we will be able to study them and to define the culprit.
Best regards
Oh I see. Maybe it forced the htaccess re-write again...
Here is error.log parts, it only consists of the same error when I scrolled through:

Both are attached.
I can see that it is working correctly now.
Did you or your hosting provider change anything in the meantime?
Best regards
