logo not updating
Dear Muffin
I have updated all default logo files in the global settings. Upon saving, the default logo still appears.
site logo / retina / header / header sticky all updated yet no change from default
This is a fresh install
No caching plugins are in use
Have logged in/out/rebooted
Checked on multiple devices
I can see this has been posted before on the support forum but no fix / workaround / explanation of the problem has been detailed
I have tried deactivating / activating plugins.

I tried the link you sent with just ".co" and with ".co.uk" and ".co" one shows a website that is not made with Betheme, and the ".co.uk" is a domain for sale.
Are you sure that the link you have sent is correct?

As far as i can tell, the server settings are more than sufficient.
Your website has the coming soon page enabled, and I cannot check your problem.
Please disable it for a while.

You are using the demo, which has its header created with Header Builder.
To change the logo, you need to edit the header template.
